What’s the difference between DTC and wholesale fulfillment?+
DTC ships one order to one customer. Wholesale and retail add case and pallet configuration, purchase-order rules, retailer documentation, labels, delivery appointments, and compliance steps. All of it gets reviewed before the order is released.
Can you fulfill Shopify orders and wholesale POs from the same operation?+
Yes. DTC, marketplace, and wholesale run out of one operation. Before the program starts, we agree with you on inventory allocation, order priority, retailer requirements, and any special handling.
Do you support EDI?+
Yes. We support the standard retail set: 850 purchase order, 855 acknowledgment, 856 advance ship notice, 810 invoice, 940 warehouse shipping order, and 945 shipping advice. Before anything goes live we confirm the retailer, the provider, which of those sets they require, the testing process, and who handles what on each side.
Can you work from a retailer routing guide?+
Yes. Reading the routing guide is part of the scope. Each one sets its own packing, labeling, documentation, carrier, appointment, and delivery rules, and we confirm them for that retailer before the order moves.
How do I reduce fulfillment-related chargebacks?+
Make the retailer’s requirements operational: clean product and inventory data, an agreed pick level, validated labels and documents, confirmed handoff instructions, and a named owner for exceptions. We won’t promise zero chargebacks. Nobody should, without verified controls and defined exclusions.
How is B2B and wholesale fulfillment priced?+
Pricing follows the work: receiving, storage, pick level, cartons and pallets, labels, EDI and project work, appointments, carrier coordination, special handling, and accessorials. We’ll scope the program before we quote it.
