Tell us the countries you want to serve, your product categories, value range, weights and dimensions, ingredients or materials where relevant, and any items that need a closer look.
Pallet & Parcel coordinates international fulfillment for growing brands through our partner network. Before an order crosses a border, we review where it’s going, what’s in it, the fulfillment and delivery model, customs data, duties and taxes, restricted products, and the customer experience you want to protect.
International orders bring customs documentation, duties and taxes, destination restrictions, delivery options, returns, and handoffs outside the U.S. The right model comes down to your product, country, order value, customer promise, volume, and where inventory should sit.
We won’t promise a country, product category, duty treatment, or delivery outcome we haven’t reviewed. Scope first, then commit.
| Model | Fits when | What to evaluate |
|---|---|---|
| Cross-border parcel shipping | Demand is concentrated in a few markets and shipping from the U.S. still makes sense. | Transit, duties and taxes, product restrictions, delivery experience, returns, and total landed cost. |
| Local or regional fulfillment | A market has enough sustained demand to justify inventory closer to customers. | Inventory placement, replenishment, local compliance, service level, cost, and partner capability. |

We work through the commercial data, commodity classification, country of origin, duty and tax model, importer responsibilities, restricted goods, and any destination-specific requirements with you. Legal, customs, and tax advice belongs with a qualified adviser.
We line up the carrier or partner approach, whether duties can be collected upfront, delivery expectations, and tracking. Destination authorities and carriers still set some limits. We’ll flag those upfront.
We agree on who handles a customs, delivery, damage, refused-package, or return issue, what your team hears and when, and which decisions need your approval before anyone spends money or contacts your customer.
Bring your target countries, product details, weights and dimensions, declared values, country of origin, known restrictions, expected volume, how you ship today, your delivery promise, return expectations, and the people who can make commercial and compliance calls.
Talk through the programYes, through our partner network. We confirm country coverage, product eligibility, carrier availability, customs requirements, duty and tax treatment, and service scope for your program before anything ships.
In some programs, yes. It comes down to the destination, product, value, carrier or partner, and current rules. We confirm the duty-paid model with you before you promise it to customers.
At minimum: product descriptions, commodity and origin information, values, weights and dimensions, destinations, expected volumes, packaging, delivery expectations, and any restricted or regulated-product details.
We coordinate the documentation with the partner and program you’re on. You own the accuracy of your commercial and product information, and customs or tax advice belongs with a qualified adviser.
By destination, product, order value, parcel profile, carrier and service, duties and taxes approach, customs work, returns, and any local fulfillment or partner requirements. We scope all of it before we quote.
Tell us where your customers are, what you sell, and what the delivery experience needs to do. We’ll help you pick the next international step.
