What Pallet & Parcel does
Receiving and storage
We receive and store products before they become orders. We discuss stock levels, handling requirements and how inventory needs to move.
Online and wholesale orders
We pick, pack and ship online orders, and can prepare wholesale orders around a retailer’s instructions. We check labels, documents, appointments and other requirements before agreeing on the work.
Kits and custom packing
We can assemble kits and defined packing projects to agreed instructions. The components, presentation, checks and requested dates are part of the plan.
Returns
We can receive and process returns using your rules for inspection, restocking or holding an item. We agree on the exceptions that need your decision.

Our operation is just outside Austin, less than 15 minutes from the airport. Buda is the postal address. We work with brands across the country; you do not need to be based in Texas to start a conversation.

Do I need to be in Texas?
No. Our operation is near Austin, and we work with brands nationwide. We plan the inventory and shipping handoff around where your products and customers are.
Can you help with a single project?
Yes, bring us the kit, mailer or wholesale project you have in mind. We will check the components, packing instructions, quantities and dates before agreeing on a scope.
What if I already have a fulfillment provider?
We can talk through what is not working and what a move would involve. Your inventory, open orders, returns and any notice or release obligations need to be part of that plan.
What should I bring to the first conversation?
Your products, sales channels, approximate order volume and the biggest problem are enough to begin. If you do not know a number yet, we will identify what is needed before quoting.
