Do you only work with Texas brands?
No. Pallet & Parcel works with brands based across the U.S. and ships orders nationwide from Central Texas. Your headquarters and your fulfillment operation do not need to be in the same city.
Will shipping from Austin be cheaper for my brand?
That depends on your order destinations, package sizes, weights and service requirements. We use your actual order mix in our inventory and shipping analysis rather than promise that one location is cheapest for everyone.
Can you handle Shopify orders and wholesale together?
Yes. We plan DTC, marketplace and wholesale work around one inventory pool, with channel rules and retailer requirements reviewed during onboarding. Your quote reflects the work your program needs.
Can you help us move from another fulfillment provider?
Yes. We map inventory, open orders, provider requirements and sales channels before the move. Then we test the setup and build a cutover plan. If a parallel transition is appropriate, we plan it with you.

Your order volume, SKU profile, storage footprint, channels, packaging, returns and shipping destinations shape the quote. Receiving, storage, pick and pack, postage and additional project work should be reviewed together so you can compare the full operation.
