Your Shopify shipping settings and customer notifications stay under your control. We pack and ship orders and compare carrier rates for the shipping label.
Shopify fulfillment run by operators.
Pallet & Parcel provides Shopify fulfillment for brands shipping nationwide from Central Texas, connected through a real-time ShipHero integration. We appear as a location in your Shopify admin, orders enter our fulfillment system as they are placed, and tracking writes back to your store automatically. Your storefront and customer relationship stay yours. We run the physical operation behind them, with a clear path to an operator when an order needs attention.
When Shopify merchants come to us
- You’ve outgrown self-fulfillment. Packing orders is taking time away from building the business.
- A promotion is coming. You need inventory, packaging and a shipping plan ready before demand takes off.
- Your current 3PL is falling short. Receiving delays, unclear charges or unresolved exceptions are making the handoff harder than it should be.
What changes, and what stays yours
Outsourcing fulfillment should remove operational weight without separating you from your store, inventory, or customers.
We take over: receiving and storing inventory · picking, packing, and shipping orders · rate-shopping the physical label · following approved packaging and kitting instructions · identifying fulfillment exceptions and working them through the agreed contact path.
You keep control of: your Shopify storefront and customer relationship · your products and inventory ownership · your brand standards and unboxing experience · your order, inventory, and tracking visibility · your plans, forecasts, and decisions for launches, promotions, and growth.
How the integration actually works
- You add us as a location. We appear as a fulfillment location in your Shopify admin, connected through ShipHero’s native integration. No custom development, no theme changes, nothing your customers see.
- Orders sync in real time. New orders appear immediately instead of waiting for a scheduled batch. Inventory counts flow back the same way, so your team can work from the same operating picture as the floor.
- Your customer experience stays yours. Your storefront, Shopify settings, and customer notifications remain under your control. We rate-shop the physical label on our side and write tracking back to the order.
- Address changes and cancellations: real-time sync cuts both ways, and the window is short. Flag the change fast; if the order has not entered fulfillment, an operator can work it through the agreed process instead of leaving it in a ticket queue.
A person who knows your store
Software moves the order. Your account manager keeps the operation moving.
You work with an experienced account manager who learns how your products should be received, stored, packed, and shipped. They coordinate directly with receiving, inventory, and fulfillment team leads, so the people closest to the work have the context they need when something changes.
When an order or item falls outside the normal flow, the appropriate account manager and team lead identify the issue, bring you the relevant facts and decision, and keep you informed. That same relationship matters when you are planning a promotion, changing packaging, launching a bundle, or forecasting a busy week. The goal is merchandise in the right place at the right time, with someone accountable for the details.
How your operation moves onto our floor
Onboarding is typically three to four weeks, often sooner when the catalog, inventory, connection, and approvals are ready. The goal is a tested operating plan, not a portal login and a handoff.
- Map the operation. Products, channels, packaging, order flow, client inputs, decision contacts, and what is currently creating work for your team.
- Configure Shopify. Connect through ShipHero, map inventory and routing, and confirm how orders, tracking, and exceptions should flow.
- Run real scenarios. Test orders, tracking, packouts, bundles, subscriptions, and the exceptions your store actually sees.
- Launch deliberately. Inventory is received, channels are verified, open decisions are resolved, and your account manager coordinates the move into live fulfillment.
The setups we support
- Subscriptions. Recharge-tested: recurring orders flow in and ship through the approved order rules. Common Shopify subscription stacks include Appstle, Seal, Loop, and Skio. If you use another platform, we confirm the order flow during onboarding and build the operating plan around it.
- Bundles, both ways. Pre-kitted on the shelf as their own SKU or picked as components per order. We run both, and we will help determine which fits your catalog, inventory, and packout. Kits are built in-house on our own floor. Explore kitting & customization.
- Pre-orders and backorders. Supported: orders hold and release on your approved schedule rather than becoming floor exceptions.
- Your other channels. The same inventory pool can serve TikTok Shop, Amazon, Etsy, and wholesale through one coordinated operation, with channel allocation and order rules confirmed during onboarding. Explore multi-channel fulfillment.
- Long-term pallet storage and cross-docking. Keep reserve inventory organized and connected to fulfillment until orders release, or move eligible inbound freight through a cross-dock flow when product needs to transfer onward without being stored. We map the right path during onboarding. Explore long-term pallet storage or cross-docking.
Bring us the part that keeps becoming an exception. Rotating bundles, subscription components, preorders, branded inserts, packaging changes, or a promotion that changes the normal volume. The operating plan should fit the store, not force the store into a generic workflow.
Shopify fulfillment from Central Texas, wherever your team is
Your brand does not need a Texas office to work with us. Inventory ships from our operation just outside Austin while your team keeps control of the store and customer relationship. We review your customer destinations, package dimensions, and delivery expectations before recommending a shipping setup. See our Austin-area fulfillment operation.
What shapes your quote
What determines the quote: order volume, SKU profile, pallet-storage footprint, channel mix, returns, kitting needs, and shipping destinations. We show the work that drives the quote so you can ask informed questions about the invoice.
What to bring to a Shopify fulfillment review
- Your SKU list, product dimensions, and current inventory quantities.
- Recent order history, units per order, shipping destinations, and expected peaks.
- Your store locations, other sales channels, and subscription or bundle apps.
- Packaging instructions, returns requirements, and any preorders or held orders.
- Your current fulfillment invoice, if available, and the date you want to move.
We use those inputs to review receiving, storage, pick and pack, packaging, postage, and additional project work together. For the full warehouse scope, explore our ecommerce fulfillment services.
